Artyom Dymskoy advises on general corporate and tax matters and has wide experience of litigation and international dispute resolution. He acts for clients across a number of different sectors, including in particular real estate, natural resources and banking.
Artyom has been with the firm since 1995, and in the late 1990s was seconded to the London office of a leading City of London law firm. He has been a partner since 2003.
James Kitcatt advises principally on cross-border investments, with an emphasis on secured lending and private equity. He acts regularly for European and North American banks, financial institutions and investment funds, as well as Russian borrowers and investee companies in the infrastructure, real estate, natural resources and retail sectors.
A fluent Russian speaker with many years’ experience in the Russian legal environment, James has also represented Russian clients in contractual disputes with foreign partners and other contentious matters in fields as diverse as intellectual property, employment, shipping and even inheritance and family law.
James trained and qualified as a solicitor with a leading City of London law firm and was appointed head of its Moscow office in 1998. He joined us as international partner in 2000.
Vsevolod Rozhanets has extensive general corporate finance expertise, acting for international and domestic banks, investment funds and finance houses on private equity, secured lending and listed securities acquisitions. His advice is also sought regularly on shareholder disputes and other contentious matters among business co-owners.

Kirill Tanchev’s main practice areas are mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, anti-trust and banking and finance. He has broad experience across the fields of corporate and commercial law.
Kirill has acted on several high-profile M&A deals in the FMCG sector over the past 18 months and lists a number of major Russian corporations among his clients. His industry expertise encompasses manufacturing, retail, real estate, telecommunications and natural resources.
Prior to joining Burchills in 2002 Kirill worked in commercial structures affiliated to the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy. He has been a partner since 2005.
Natalia Yatskevich specializes in the sphere of natural resources, energy and environmental law. She has significant expertise and experience advising clients in the matters relating to privatization, securities and arbitration. She is an author of more than 20 publications. She has undertaken an internship in the International Commercial Law Centre in Paris. Prior to joining Burchills Natalia was working as the counsel for the USSR Ministry of Fisheries and thereafter for a number of oil companies. Partner since 1997.
